Fragile… But Filled With Power

As I was reading my Bible this morning, I noticed something I had never really paid attention to before—the pages.

They are delicate… fragile… easily torn.

Yet the words written on those thin pages hold immeasurable power and strength.

It made me think about us as women.

So often, we are seen—or even see ourselves—as fragile. Sensitive. Easily shaken by the weight of life, responsibilities, expectations, and struggles.

And in some ways, yes… we are delicate.

But that is not the full truth of who we are.

Because just like those pages, what is within us carries far greater power than what is seen on the outside.

When we read, believe, and live out the Word of God, something begins to change inside of us.
We are no longer defined by how fragile we feel… but by the strength He places within us.

Strength.
Resilience.
Power.

Not our own—but His.

God didn’t leave us guessing how to live.
He gave us His Word—an instruction manual for a victorious life.

And when we follow it, we begin to rise into the woman He created us to be.

Think about a lamb.

When we hear that word, we often picture something weak, gentle, and defenseless.

But the Lamb of God—Jesus—was anything but weak.

Jesus Christ had the strength to endure the cross…
To be nailed, beaten, and broken…
And still choose love.

He carried the weight of the world’s sin and became the ultimate sacrifice for us.

That is not weakness.

That is unimaginable strength.

And through His death and resurrection, we were given something incredible—His Spirit living within us.

That means the same power that overcame the grave is available to us today.

So yes… we may feel fragile at times.

But we are also filled with the strength of the One who created us.

And as we walk through this temporary life, we don’t walk alone—we walk empowered, guided, and strengthened every step of the way.
